Technical support is available 7 days
a week from 8:00am to 10pm central time by telephone or anytime by
e-mail. We prefer e-mail, ask your question in some detail and we will
respond with a detailed answer. Check the web site frequently for
updates for your product. When asking questions of support please
advise of the version number of your system. The Salon & Spa
version number can be found in the Help menu under About Salon & Spa.

Salon & Spa User Guide
The Salon & Spa user
guide is installed with the Salon &
Spa system and can answer most of your questions. To access
the user guide go to Help > Salon & Spa User Guide or click on
the Info icon located on many of the screens in Salon & Spa.
Using the info icons will take you to the part of the guide that
provides information for where you are in the program.

Salon & Spa LiveUpdate
All later versions of SalonTrac and
Salon & Spa contain a LiveUpdate feature in the Help Menu which will allow
you to automatically check the SalonTrac website for an available update.
We encourage all users to frequently use this feature to keep your system
current. For the feature to work you need to have a fast internet
connection to your system.

The Salon & Spa tutor is a series of videos on the
use of the features on the Salon & Spa program. The videos are intended to
show your staff the most frequently used areas of the system and how they
function.
Salon & Spa 8 must be installed on your computer to use
the tutor. Please install Salon & Spa first.

800x600 screen resolution and 24bit color
50 mg free space / mouse
CD ROM / Windows Printer.
Windows /98se/Me/XP/2000/Vista
All SalonTrac products require a minimum
800x600 screen resolution.
To change your display options in Windows 98/Me/XP/Vista go to
Control Panel ==>Display==>Settings.
