We prefer e-mail, ask your question in some detail and we will respond with a detailed answer.  Check the web site frequently for updates for your product.  When asking questions of support please advise of the edition and version number of your system.  The Salon & Spa edition/version number can be found in the Help menu under About Salon & Spa.

Salon & Spa User Guide

The Salon & Spa user guide is installed with the Salon & Spa system and can answer most of your questions.  You may access the user guide from your Windows start menu or from the Salon & Spa Help Menu > Salon & Spa User Guide or click on one of the Info icons located on many of the screens in Salon & Spa.

Using the info icons will take you to the part of the guide that provides information for where you are in the program.

Updating Salon & Spa

All later versions of SalonTrac and Salon & Spa contain a LiveUpdate feature in the Help Menu which will allow you to automatically check the SalonTrac website for an available update.  We encourage all users to frequently use this feature to keep your system current.  For the feature to work you need to have a fast internet connection to your system.

You may also manually download and install the updates from the Download Center.
