The Salon & Spa
user
guide and the iTracRetail user guide is installed with the system and can answer most of your questions. You may
access the user guide from your Windows start menu or from the Help Menu > User Guide or click on
one of the Info icons located on many of the screens.
Using the info icons will take you to the part of the guide that
provides information for where you are in the program.

Updating Salon & Spa and iTracRetail
All later versions contain a LiveUpdate feature in the Help Menu which will allow
you to automatically check the website for an available update.
We encourage all users to frequently use this feature to keep your system
current. For the feature to work you need to have a fast internet
connection to your system.
You may also manually download and install the
updates from the Download
Center.

The Salon & Spa tutor is a series of videos on the
use of the features on the Salon & Spa program. The videos are intended to
show your staff the most frequently used areas of the system and how they
function.
