What are updates and why
are they always free?
Updates to Salon & Spa
and iTracRetail are to
address issues with the system as identified by users or through our
testing procedures. New or improved features are not normally
added using a program update.
Updates can be
downloaded from the website and installed manually or or located and
installed using the Update tools in the Help Menu.
What are upgrades?
Upgrades to Salon & Spa
and iTracRetail add new or
improved program features as requested by our users. Normally
upgrades will include a Release number increase. Watch for
Release 9 in the near future.
Upgrades are provided free
for the first year as part of the technical assistance packages included with the purchase of a program
and are included in the ongoing technical assistance packages that
all users can purchase on an annual basis.
