Quickly enter or update clients addresses, client formulas, client
service histories, client profiles and client tanning histories while
you make the sale. Look up inventory and client information right from
the sales screen. Sale information is recorded for later analysis, cash,
cheques and credit card amounts are recorded and inventory is updated
with each sale transaction. Gift certificate programs and prepaid
services are automatically managed for you.
Salon & Spa will automatically maintain a client
history for you including what was done, how much was charged, what was
purchased and who did the work. You may also enter additional service
notes yourself.

Salon & Spa has been designed to provide more financial information
to you. Track the actual sales revenue for 21 of your key
services categories as well as for retail products. In total you
can define an unlimited number of service categories and track the
number sold for each of them.
Sales reports are provided for individual staff and the salon for
each of the 22 service and product categories with percentages of total
sales for each. Staff commissions can be calculated on product
sales and each of the 21 key service categories for any time period you
choose.
Salon & Spa can be configured to use cash drawers, scanners and two
different printers, one for receipts and one for reports.
