appointment manager. The main appointment screen acts as your
appointment book and access point to all of your client and service
information. The screen is color coded for scheduled appointments,
confirmed appointments, client checked in and client checked out.
Just a glance will tell you the status of the appointment.
The appointment book automatically adjusts to your
variable day opening and closing times. Once they are set you will
never need to worry about booking appointments outside of normal working
hours each day. The appointment book will skip days your business
is closed, staff do not need to remember these details when serving the
needs of clients.

book but provides immediate access to all the information you have about
the client, notes, profiles, service histories and more. Enter staff
holidays, time off and other block out times as required. As well
you can view and print the schedules for staff members and clients for

Entering new appointments or rescheduling will advise of conflicts or overlaps. Enter large
groups of appointments or recurring appointments easily and efficiently.

Set appointments as far into the future as you wish,
conflicts will be checked and reported to you immediately. Print
the salon day book and individual staff and client schedules for any day
or time period. Look 30 days ahead for each of the staff. Appointment archives are kept for 5 days.

including a calendar. Appointments gives you access to your client
database and the service history, tanning information, notes client alerts and profiles for
each of the clients.
E-mail or Text Message (SMS) reminders
to your clients directly from the appointment screen. Tools are provided
for confirming appointments and checking clients in. Checking out is
automatic through the ticket transfer of the appointment services to the
point of sale screen.
The appointment book will learn your
client's staff preference and warn you if you have selected another
staff member for their service. They can have a preference for
particular staff in three different service areas of your shop.
The appointment book visually flags
new clients for their first service so you and your staff can make a
good first impression. As well client alerts are shown on the
appointment screen if set to alert your staff to special needs recorded
on the system. The book visually flags any client notes which were
set when the appointment was made for the staff to refer to prior to the
service.
