Downloading and installing software and product updates.

Close the program on your system when downloading and installing updates manually.

Note when using the programs automatic update process the systems will close automatically.

Select "Check for Salon & Spa Updates" or  Check for iTracRetail Updates from the Help menu to use the automatic update process.

If updating manually go to www.salontrac.com/download/download.htm

Step 1

Click on the Check for updates now button.

The page will advise you of the release version that you currently have and a suggestion as to whether you should download and install the update.

If updating manually select the file you wish to download from the downloads page on the website.

 Click on the download button or the update link to start the download.

Step 3

 Select Run or Save (Run is preferred)

Step 4

The file will then download.

Step 5

Click on Run to start the installation

Step 6

Click on OK to continue the installation.

Step 6

The files will automatically extract, complete the update and re-start Salon & Spa or iTracRetail.
